# Mode Mismatch

> The image mode does not match the required mode

### What Happened?

You are trying to access a `test` image with a `live` api key, or vice versa. The image mode does not match the required mode, and you will receive this error.

### How to Prevent or Fix

Make sure you are using the correct API key for the image mode you want to access. If you need to access a `test` image, use a `test` API key. If you need to access a `live` image, use a `live` API key.
